Moving Content to The Klavarstore |

This post is to announce that in the next few days we are going to relocate the freely available content hosted on this website to our sister website The KlavarStore.
The re-organization will allow us to keep the technical aspects of the "KLAVAR !" project separated from the educational (and commercial) aspects related to the the klavar notation.
During the process we will keep the content seamlessly available on one of the websites. As promised in the past, the introductory documentation on Klavar will always be freely available, although we might decide to change its format from online to downloadable items.
After the completion of the process we will post another message with all the final details.
We look forward to welcoming you at The KlavarStore.

KLAVAR! version 0.9.1 released |

The KLAVAR! team is proud to announce that version 0.9.1 of KLAVAR ! is available for Download from the repositories indicated in the download section.
Our application is currently downloaded at the impressive rate of 80 downloads per day! The team thank you all.
This version introduces the possibility to connect directly to The Klavarstore from inside the application.
As usual, installation packages are provided for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.
The application has been developed to facilitate the introduction of newcomers to the Klavar notation with a simple interface to the main features of the notation.
The success of the previous version of the application, with a very high average of downloads per day for such a niche type of application, has prompted us to renew our efforts to make the Klavar notation a visible choice in the world of music.

Version 0.1alpha of KLAVAR! released |

The KLAVAR! team is pleased to announce the first alpha release for Microsoft Windows of their sequencer following the Klavar notation. All the basics of the notation have been already implemented (notes, stops, sustains).
"Flipping" the notes from one hand to the other is also available. Saving and loading sheets, playing and exporting them to MIDI files, together with the printing facility are also available.
Only editing features on the stave are still limited.
The README file inside the package and the manual indicate what has been implemented so far.
The main characteristic of KLAVAR! is that it comes as a self-contained package, with no need of the Windows registry. For this reason users only need to extract the program in a directory of their choice and launch the executable. |
